Playful walks, gentle grooming, and cosy stays, brought together in a warm digital clubhouse. Good Company makes care feel personal, with a simple route from choosing a service to planning a visit.

The problem

Pet care needs to feel reassuring before a first visit. The website brings walking, grooming, and stays into one place, helping visitors understand the options while keeping the experience friendly and easy to explore.

The strategy

Build around a familiar first hello: choose Dog, Cat, or Both, then select a care service. The ticket-style picker carries those choices into a visit-planning dialog, where visitors add their pet’s name and a preferred day. The clubhouse introduction and Happy Pets gallery show the people, routines, and little comforts behind the care.

The decisions

Pair forest green with sunny yellow, warm cream, and pink paper textures. Use large pet portraits, torn edges, photo frames, and gentle motion to give the site a playful, welcoming character. Keep walking, grooming, and stays in distinct service cards. Organise pet moments into Playtime, Fresh coats, and Sleepy heads, with filters and a load-more control that let visitors explore at their own pace.
